loaded. started in a Bengaluru basement with one heavy hoodie and a stubborn idea: clothes should outlive the season they were bought in.

We buy fabric before we design, so the weight decides the cut. Loopback cotton at 480 GSM, melton wool, ripstop with a dry hand — the kinds of cloth that hang properly on the third year, not just the first.

Nothing is made in bulk. Each drop runs 120 to 300 pieces, numbered, and when the count is gone we move on to the next cloth. No warehouse, no end-of-season bins.
